Campaign Manager (Junior / Assistant)
• Education in marketing, management, economics, or a related field;
• Interest in digital marketing and advertising technologies;
• Willingness to learn Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms;
• Ability to analyze data and work with statistical metrics;
• Analytical thinking and ability to interpret results correctly;
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets;
• Basic knowledge of Pivot Tables, reporting, and data analysis;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;

Graphic Designer
WordPress Developer
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with WordPress;
• Knowledge of Core PHP;
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery;
• Ability to develop custom WordPress themes from scratch;
• Experience converting ready-made designs (Figma, Adobe XD, PSD, etc.) into WordPress;
• Ability to develop custom WordPress plugins based on client requirements;
• Experience integrating and customizing additional functionality in existing plugins;
• Ability to work with WordPress Hooks (Actions and Filters);
• Experience developing custom functions and modules for WooCommerce;
• Experience customizing WooCommerce checkout, payment, and product systems;
• Ability to build flexible and manageable content structures with ACF;
• Experience creating Custom Post Types, Taxonomies, and Meta Fields;
• Experience developing and customizing Gutenberg blocks;
• Ability to work with REST API and third-party API integrations;
• Experience working with WordPress multisite structures;
• Ability to optimize WordPress projects, ensure security, and follow code quality standards;
• Experience working with Composer and modern PHP development tools;
• Knowledge of WordPress Coding Standards and Best Practices;
• Experience optimizing high-traffic WordPress projects;
• Understanding of cache systems (Redis, Memcached, etc.);
• Experience with security hardening and WordPress security practices;
• Practical knowledge of hosting, server, domain, and DNS management.
Laravel Developer
• Strong knowledge of Core PHP and understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles;
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with the Laravel Framework;
• Good knowledge of MVC architecture and Eloquent ORM principles;
• Experience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and other related database systems;
• Knowledge of database design, optimization, and performance improvement;
• Ability to develop REST APIs and integrate third-party APIs;
• Knowledge of or experience with React, Vue.js, Next.js, and other modern JavaScript frameworks is a plus;
• Proficiency in using Git version control system;
• Knowledge of Linux servers, hosting, domain, and DNS management;
• Experience with deployment, SSL, SMTP, and configuration of other server services;
• Ability to work with Cloudflare, CDN, and caching technologies;
• Ability to develop web applications while considering security, performance, and SEO standards;
• Ability to work with technical documentation and document projects;
• Ability to analyze problems, develop effective solutions, and collaborate with a team;
• Ability to optimize development processes using artificial intelligence tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, and others;
• Experience working with Queue, Jobs, and Event systems;
• Knowledge of Redis, WebSocket, and real-time applications;
• Understanding of Docker and containerization technologies;
• Experience with CI/CD processes and automated deployment systems;
• Willingness to quickly learn and implement new technologies in projects.

• Higher education or education in a relevant field;

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani;
• At least intermediate level of English (Russian is an additional advantage);
